Notes from Chris / Katelyn:
1. No 20′-0″ setback requirement off Pete’s Lane but leave reasonable distance for driveway and parking.
2. 10′-0″ setback off SW Scenic Heights Street because it is a “flanking” street of a corner lot.
3. A near future next step is to have a geotechnical engineer survey the property because the property is considered an “unstable slope”. The engineer will determine if we need to have a Critical Areas Report completed which requires more work such as, “a site assessment, geotechnical report, grading and erosion control plan and landscape/revegetation plan”.

Neighbor “might” let me take down the maple tree at the border if I pay to remove it (looks expensive). Their complaint is the leaf removal and the intense pollen it creates (maple tree). I didn’t mention the gas line thing to them yet ;-).
