Radical Renewal (for organizations) versus Radical Candor (for individuals)

I’m a big fan of Kim Scott’s Radical Candor concept where the horizontal axis is “Challenge Directly” and the vertical axis is “Care Personally.”

It inspired me to come up with a different reformulation of it at the organizational scale with the horizontal axis being “Willingness to Change” and the vertical axis being “Lots to Lose”:

The four quadrants for Radical Renewal are:

Stubborn ResistanceRadical Renewal
No-Thanks-I’m-Too-BusyThoughtless Adoption

You can imagine which quadrant is my favorite. (Hint: Upper Right, please!)
