Question I asked today at at McKinsey webinar for me to hold onto for the future.
I think one aspect of the future of experiences is that when we say “safer experiences” — that’s something that people with privilege can afford to have. For those who are less-privileged, it’s something they often have no access to. As we remove the jobs that create greater physical and digital barriers that separate the privileged from the less privileged, we lose the ability to have empathy for those who are outside our bubbles. What’s the solution?
People with less privilege are paid less to do riskier work.
