
While books like Experimentation Works espouse a world where the majority of silicon valley tech startups have managed to build a deeply ingrained experimentation culture, the reality of experimentation for most is starkly different. Primarily, it is a reality characterized by manual effort, bottlenecked processes, old-school statistical techniques, poor tooling, cultural challenges, and a general inability to run more than a few experiments a month.
