Maria Giudice shared with me a notion of how changing is akin to managing through grief. Although this is a slightly morbid thought, I think it definitely holds weight.

This diagram is a useful diagnostic tool to get a sense for how you’re doing on leading change. Pointing to the phases/feelings is useful to understand and empathize with the teams that you lead.
