Luck Trends

Luck seems to be trending downwards so I’d like to reverse that trend. So I started thinking about luck today by visiting Brainyquotes and searching for luck.

“The best luck of all is the luck you make for yourself.” —Douglas MacArthur (1880-1964)

“Good luck needs no explanation.” —Shirley Temple (1928-2014)

“Inspiration is one thing and you can’t control it. But hard work is what keeps the ship moving. Good luck means, work hard. Keep up the good work.” —Kevin Eubanks (1957-)

“Luck is where opportunity meets preparation.” —Seneca (4BC-65AD)

“Luck is not chance, it’s toil; fortune’s expensive smile is earned.” —Emily Dickinson (1830-1886)

“I think luck gets you on the stage. But it has nothing to do with keeping you there.” —Eric Bana (1968-)

“We often call a certainty a hope, to bring it luck.” —Elizabeth Bibesco (1897-1945)
